The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to their own blog.
Welcome to my third post for the Weekly Book Blogger Hop. I tried these posts initially on a Wednesday, moved them to a Sunday, and now I think I have landed on keeping them on Fridays. so thank you for bearing with me, while these posts remain inconsistent!
Topic Run Dates: April 16th – 22nd, 2021
Question
How many different weekly memes do you participate in besides the Book Blogger Hop? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)
Answer
#1 – Six For Sunday
To start each week, I do #SixforSunday. This meme is hosted by A Little but a Lot. Each month is given a theme and each week is given a prompt within the theme. You choose any six novels or answers to create your own list.

#2 – Goodreads Monday
Each week, you choose a novel from your Goodreads TBR and highlight it The novels you choose do not have to follow a theme and can be any from your list. This meme is hosted by @Lauren’s Page Turners.

#3 – Top Ten Tuesday
Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week is assigned a topic and you choose how to interpret it and select ten novels that fit your list.

#4 – WWW Wednesdays
This meme is now hosted by Taking on a World of Words. There are three central questions and each week you answer them. The questions are What are you currently reading, What did you recently finish reading, and What do you think you’ll read next?

#5 – Goodreads TBR Cleanup
This meme and Down the TBR Hole are very similar, but I do the one hosted by @ Mega Bunny Reads as it has the added element of using the random number generator to select which five books you use during the cleanups.

#6 – Top 5 Saturday
This meme is hosted by @ Devouring Books. Each week has a topic and you select any top five that fits your interpretation of the topic.

#7 – Weekly Wrap-Up
Although it is not an official meme, it is a post that I try to do consistently each week. In these posts, I “wrap-up” my week by condensing all my posts from the previous week and give any updates to either reflect on the past week or to discuss the following week.

Including this Book Blogger Hop, my weekly meme count is eight! For now, this works for me as I enjoy creating the posts and thinking about how best to fit each meme every week. I may add more or I might give some up in the future, but this seems like a good balance that I can work with presently.
What about you? How many weekly memes do you post/participate in?

Now I found a few more memes to participate in! Thanks for sharing 🙂

That’s a lot of memes! Awesome that you can keep up with that many. I’ve always liked the Goodreads Monday meme, but I’ve never tried it. These are all great! 😊
