This week I have started three new series. I actually received the ARC for The Court of Secrets, which is the third novel in The Fate of Crowns trilogy. As I have not read books one or two, I decided to get started on those, so I can read all three in order. After finishing Realm Breaker, I reminded myself that I have been meaning to get to the Red Queen series for a long time. I decided to go for that one on audiobook and then I’ll continue on to the novellas in Cruel Crown before moving on to book two. I know a lot of people have mixed reviews for this series, so I am very curious how it will turn out. My final series is The Poppy War. I have heard almost all good things for this series, so my expectations are fairly high and I hope it does not disappoint. My final current read is One Summer Sunrise which I am reading as I loved other novels by the author and I am participating in a blog tour.

From the nine past reads, four of them have guaranteed sequels that I am not eagerly anticipating (Curse of the Spector Queen, Realm Breaker, For the Wolf, and Wish Hunter). My most anticipated from the four would be For the Wolf’s sequel, For the Crown, as I really want to see how that story ends. A part of me wants to speed up time so I can read the sequels and another part wants to slow time down as I have tons of other reads that I want to get to first.
