The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to their own blog.

Question
Where do you get book images for your posts? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)
Answer
There are two types of posts that I do currently, book reviews and book memes. Eventually, I will add in discussion posts or other types of posts, but for now I have two main categories for posts.
Book Review Posts
The book images, book banners, author photos (if included) all come from Goodreads and/or the Blog Tour site. While the banners (“overview”, etc.) are all created by myself using my donut lettering that I put together.
Book Meme Posts
In a past Book Blogger Hop post, I put together my memes that I do every week. For meme images, I use the creator’s images when they are available. If they are not, then I make my own. Any book images are from Goodreads.
How about you? Where do you get your images for your posts?

I use canva and crello to create my banners, but also free images if I need them.

I’ll have to check out Canva and Crello as I am always looking for good sources for images. 🙂

I do the same as you, but I do also use the free Pexel images from WordPress too.
