The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to their own blog.

Question
Where do you get background images for your posts, or do you create them yourself? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)
Answer
For the overall background on my blog, I obtained it from WordPress. One day, I might do something fancy that I make myself, but, for now, I just choose a random background that looked cute.
Now for each review post, I typically only have a few images that I use. The novel’s image is sourced from Goodreads. The headers (overview/review) and rating donuts are made myself.
If they are blog tour/blitz or promotional type posts, any additional images come from the tour host, the publisher, or directly from the author.
For the meme/award/tag posts, these are a huge mix. Some come directly from the creator, some are ones that I made myself, and others are a hybrid mix.

How about you? Where do you get your images?

Great post! I usually create mine in graphic editors, but nothing fancy as well. However, i like the idea of learning more in the future.
