Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
How it works: Each Tuesday will be assigned a topic and then you post your top ten list that fits it. Feel free to add your own spin on the topic to make it work for you! For me, I’m not sure the type of spin I want to put on it, so for now I’ll post fairly straight-forward responses.
I put this month’s topics at the bottom of the post, but you can find the whole list on the host blog. If you don’t have a blog, you’re welcome to participate using other social media or even by putting your list in the comments.
This Week’s Topic: Freebie (Come up with your own topic or do a past TTT topic that you missed or would like to do again.)
Since I enjoy attempting to narrow down my TBR, I decided to select 10 novels that are still on my TBR and were published in 2020. I did a few other lists featuring my 2021 reads, but these are ones from 2020 that I still need to read.
SEPTEMBER TOPICS:
- September 7:
Books Guaranteed to Put a Smile On Your Face - September 14:
Books With Numbers In the Title - September 21:
Books on My Fall 2021 To-read List - September 28: Freebie (Come up with your own topic or do a past TTT topic that you missed or would like to do again.)
Happy final Tuesday post of September! I greatly appreciate that you took the time to read this post!
This list in no way covers all of my novels that were published in 2020 that are still on my TBR. I have a ton of novels that I want to read and even with ~10 novels a week that I currently read, I am barely making a dent in my TBR pile. I am starting to become more picky with my reads over time as I used to want to continue series even if I did not enjoy the first novel and now I second-guess if it is worth continuing or not. I still typically finish all novels and do not DNF them, but maybe I’ll start to give up on novels if I feel they will not get better. I hope to get to some of the novels from this list before the end of the year, but I shall see how that actually goes.
How about you? What was your freebie choice for a topic?

I adore Bone Crier’s Moon and have the sequel sat waiting for me! Great post! I hope you enjoy these when you get to them!

The TBR truly is never-ending and it’s a blessing and a curse! 😂 I’ve read 3 of these and only didn’t enjoy one of them but almost all the others are on my TBR too. I hope you manage to get to them and happy reading!
