I am slowly working through my backlist. As I do not have a ton of free time to dedicate to reading the print versions, I am trying to catch up via audiobook. Since the fourth novel in the A League of Extraordinary Women and the second for Gilded come out later this year, I am happy that I am currently caught up and will read their sequels later this year. I completed the Wings of Ebony duology and the others were standalones, so my current plan is to start a new series soon.
My current reads are two more backlist titles, Josh & Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating, which I have been wanting to read for a very long time, and Fierce Fairytales, which is a short collection that I came across when looking for novels to fulfill my backlist reading challenge prompts. My final current read that I plan to start today is the ARC for Meet Me in the Margins.
After going through a few backlist series, I believe I will attempt A Dark and Hollow Star next as the second novel in this series will be published later this year. My other planned read is the ARC for A Sunrise Over Bali. Since this is my second novel by Sandy Barker, I am curious to see how this new novel turns out.
