Rise of the Snake Goddess was my most surprising read this week. This sequel in the Samantha Knox series is just a lot of fun to read with National Treasure meets The Mummy type of vibes. My other ARC was Dream On, which was a very sweet romance with a very interesting concept for how the couple meet.
I’ve made some progress on my three current series as I did the third novels in ACOTAR, Bromance Book Club, and Daughters of Eville. I can’t wait to continue each series this next week.
My final novel for the week was I Wish You All the Best, which was a very heartbreaking and heartwarming story. While this novel was already on my TBR, I am glad that I selected it for my TBR Knockout so I ended up completing it sooner than expected.
For next week, I have a few more ARCs that I am almost finished with, so I hope to get to them later today and can gather my thoughts for a review soon. As next week marks the end of June, I also hope to gather all my posts from this past month to begin putting together my monthly wrap-up and next month’s TBR shortlist.
