This week I managed to complete eights novels – one ARC and seven audiobooks.

I am slowly working my way through some additional ARCs. As I have been busier outside of my reading world with trying not to melt in the summer heat, so I have been doing chores/yardwork at night when I typically read, which all means that I have not been able to read as much. For this reason, I also haven’t been requesting a lot of new ARCs as I want to focus on trying to complete more “older” novels.
This week has been an interesting reading week as my ratings/feelings for my reads have been all over the place. While I enjoyed the concepts for all of the novels, there were a few where I was not a huge fan of the execution. For some of these novels, I did, however, enjoy the author’s style enough where I will check out more of their novels in the future.
I have a few novels that I am trying to decide between for next week, so I will have to see what I end up reading when the time comes.
