This month’s birthstone book cover is Opal/Tourmaline for the month of October. I love this one as this gem comes in a variety of colors. Although it usually is white with some color (blue, pink, etc) mixed in, there are tons of varieties including black, gold, and pastel. After completing this post/tag back in September, I am very excited to try it again this month!

- HAVE FUN!
- Nominate people if you want!

Since June is pearl (white), I decided to select covers with the variety of colors found in opals from around the world. The picture above shows just a small sampling as there are almost 100 different colors of opal and I am sure there are more that are found. The ones I currently have in my jewelry case are the blue and black varieties, which look fairly similar to the bottom three novels and I have friends that have ones closer to the top three, which is how I ended up landing on these six novels to feature.
I invite anyone who would like to post their own covers to consider themselves tagged.

Amazing picks! Omg, that cover for Dragon’s Promise is like the perfect Opal and/or Tourmaline cover!
