~ Reading Challenge: 20 Books for Christmas (2022 Edition) – Check-in ~

This challenge runs from October 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, where you can choose 10, 15, or 20 books that you’d like to read (and hopefully review). They do not have to be Christmas-themed and it’s up to you whether you review as you go along, or do one long round-up post at the end or even halfway through. I discovered this challenge last year in November and after enjoying it, I decided to try it again this year. I also wanted to try to get a greater head start where I give myself more time to balance this challenge with my other ones along with my other reading. This challenge was created by Jo at Tea & Cake for the Soul.

As there are only a few weeks left until the end of the year, I decided to do this check-in post to see how I am doing with this challenge.

I actually changed some of my original twenty to the above picks to either fit my remaining reading challenges or because I could not locate a copy in time to complete it before the end of the year. Two novels, The Christmas Bookshop and Winter Street, are my December selections for the TBR Knockout Challenge. Seven of the novels are overlapping with my Reindeer Readathon Challenge: Meet Me in London, A Cat Cafe Christmas, Catching Christmas, All I Want for Christmas, The Holiday Swap, So This is Christmas, and The Christmas Clash. Usually, my TBR at the beginning rarely matches my finished list, so I am not surprised that most of the novels have been switched around. I still have my original picks on my TBR, so maybe I will get to them sometime soon.

Happy Reading Everyone!
