Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
How it works: Each Tuesday will be assigned a topic and then you post your top ten list that fits it. Feel free to add your own spin on the topic to make it work for you! For me, I’m not sure the type of spin I want to put on it, so for now I’ll post fairly straight-forward responses.
I put this month’s topics at the bottom of the post, but you can find the whole list on the host blog. If you don’t have a blog, you’re welcome to participate using other social media or even by putting your list in the comments.
This Week’s Topic: Freebie – Last year I posted a list of 10 series that was supposed to conclude in 2022, so this post is my check-in to see how many I read.
These Hollow Vows (Duology) – This final novel was published on July 19th, 2022. I am currently working on this novel via audiobook and hope to finish it soon.
The Drowning Empire (Trilogy) – This novel has now been pushed back to 2023 and has an expected publication date of April 20th, 2023. Once this novel is available, I hope to either request an ARC or read it after it is released.
Six Crimson Cranes (Duology) – The final novel was published on August 30th, 2022 and I was lucky enough to read an ARC copy.
Wings of Ebony (Duology) – This conclusion to the duology was published on January 11th, 2022 and I loved that I received an ARC, which led me to read both novels.
Forestborn (Duology) – This is another series where I was thrilled to receive an ARC. The novel was published on August 30th, 2022 and I love that I read it a little earlier.
Dauntless Path (Duology/Trilogy) – This final novel was published on July 21st, 2022 and I loved how everything wrapped up in this series.
Bladesmith (Duology) – I have enjoyed every Tricia Levenseller and this novel was not any different. This conclusion to the duology was published on July 26th, 2022, and I cannot wait for her next one.
The Kinder Poison (Trilogy) – This final novel was originally scheduled for 2022, however, is now set to be published on February 14th, 2023.
World at the Lake’s Edge (Duology) – This concluding novel was published on September 27th, 2022, and is still one that I mean to read soon.
Kingdom of the Wicked (Trilogy) – This novel was Published on September 27th, 2022 and I should finally get off the waitlist at my library to start reading it soon.
