December’s birthstone is turquoise, tanzanite, zircon, and blue topaz, which all come in a variety of blues. Since I went with the darker blues for sapphire in September, I went with the lighter blues with a slight hint of green for December.

Turquoise is a fun gemstone as it comes in a variety of colors. December has a lot of variation, too, with some stones being more opaque than others. I just went with the lighter blues that looked as close to the stones I have as possible.
