~ Around the United States in Books (2022 Edition) ~

While reading in 2021, I decided that it would be fun to track the locations of stories around the United States. Some stories take place in multiple locations, so I tried to include them in as many of the states as possible. Other novels were difficult to tell where in the United States they were based even with context clues or phrasing choices. I would have loved to have at least one novel for each state, but, unfortunately, I have not come across stories based in some states, such as Delaware. Throughout this post, I list the cities where the novels were based when possible and just list them as unknown cities for those where I could not recall or pinpoint.

I am sure there are some novels that I read in 2022 that I missed in placing in their correct states, but I believe I included most of them. My goal eventually is to read at least one novel set in every state, so it may take a while to complete my map, but I will get there one day. I am not sure in 2023 if I want to continue using this list or start a new one, so I will just track my 2023 reads and decide from there towards the end of the year. Happy Reading!
