Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
How it works: Each Tuesday will be assigned a topic and then you post your top ten list that fits it. Feel free to add your own spin on the topic to make it work for you! For me, I’m not sure the type of spin I want to put on it, so for now I’ll post fairly straight-forward responses.

This Week’s Topic: Favorite Books of 2022
[Read January 10, 2022] I am actually surprised by how much I enjoyed this series. It does get a little too focused on the romance later on, but the first novel was fantastic.
[Read January 13, 2022] This series may not have lived up to my high expectations, but I loved being introduced to this author with this novel.
[Read January 5, 2022] This was a beautifully written story and I cannot wait to read more from this author.
[Read March 19 2022] This series was off to a great start with this novel and I cannot wait to get back to it in 2023.
[Read November 11, 2022] I adore fairy tale retellings and this one was a nice unique one since it focused on the prince rather than the princess.
[Read November 7, 2022] Not only does this novel have a great romance, I love that both leads were plus-size which is almost unheard of in this genre.
[Read July 22, 2022] I have greatly enjoyed every novel Levenseller has written and I cannot wait to read more!
[Read November 29, 2022] This novel was very unexpected as I was not expecting a lot, but the romance, friendships, and family dynamics were all well done.
[Read May 25, 2022] In 2022, I started reading Throne of Glass first followed by the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. While I enjoyed elements of ToG more, ACOTAR stands out more in my mind.
[Read March 7, 2022] While the rest of this series did not turn out to be for me, the first novel was still really well done.

Happy first Tuesday in January!
Since I wrapped up my top reads for 2022 already in December, I decided to instead highlight some memorable novels. While they were not perfect five-star reads, they were still great reads and I look forward to reading more from each author.
