In this challenge, there are two prompts/challenges per month. The goal is to complete both challenges using titles from your TBR (novels published prior to 2023) and the main “rule” is that books do not double-count.

- Read a book that’s going to make you feel good
- Read an easy or relaxing book
December – GIFTS
- Read a book that was gifted to you OR gift someone else a book
- Read a book with gift in the title or a gift on the cover (can also just have something that you might give as a gift on the cover such as books)

I fell a little behind with my reading in August for this challenge. I finally started it this past week and began the series while buddy reading with one of my friends. While I posted my review today for the second novel, I actually finished it yesterday, so I still count it as part of my August reading. I think I’ll continue the series, although not part of this challenge. As for September, I went with “fall” in the name for one of the novels and “cozy” in the other in hopes the latter will actually turn out to be a cozy read. We shall see how this month goes for reading as I am really enjoying trying out all these novels that have been sitting on my TBR.
