~ Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Audiobook Narrators ~

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

How it works: Each Tuesday will be assigned a topic and then you post your top ten list that fits it. Feel free to add your own spin on the topic to make it work for you! For me, I’m not sure the type of spin I want to put on it, so for now I’ll post fairly straight-forward responses.

I put this month’s topics at the bottom of the post, but you can find the whole list on the host blog. If you don’t have a blog, you’re welcome to participate using other social media or even by putting your list in the comments.

This Week’s Topic: Favorite Audiobook Narrators (or, if you don’t listen to audiobooks, name people—celebrities or otherwise—who might make you reconsider.)

Marisa Calin [Novel Review]
Emily Ellet [Novel Review]
Daniel Henning [Novel Review]

APRIL TOPICS:

Happy final Tuesday in April!

April has been a busy month where I managed to forget one of the weeks for this meme. I am slowly trying to get back on track and want to review the topics for May soon so I could potentially gather all my thoughts to draft posts ahead of time. For this week’s topic, it was difficult to narrow it down to just ten audiobook narrators. It is difficult as some narrators are amazing, but the novels aren’t always the best and sometimes amazing novels don’t have the best narrators. There are also some narrators that don’t match their novels, so there are a lot of factors. For these ten, they either have just a style that I enjoy or have narrated a lot of novels so there was a nice mix. Since I love audiobooks, I look forward to listening to these ten more in the future and discovering others soon!

How about you? How did you interpret this week’s topic?
