~ Top Ten Tuesday: Nature Covers~

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

How it works: Each Tuesday will be assigned a topic and then you post your top ten list that fits it. Feel free to add your own spin on the topic to make it work for you! For me, I’m not sure the type of spin I want to put on it, so for now I’ll post fairly straight-forward responses.

I put this month’s topics at the bottom of the post, but you can find the whole list on the host blog. If you don’t have a blog, you’re welcome to participate using other social media or even by putting your list in the comments.

This Week’s Topic: Books with Nature on the Cover (flowers, trees, landscapes, animals, etc.)

**You can select the cover of each novel to access their entry on Goodreads.**

APRIL TOPICS:

APRIL TOPICS:

  • May 4: My Ten Most Recent Reads (maybe share a one-sentence review to go with?)
  • May 11: Books with Nature on the Cover (flowers, trees, landscapes, animals, etc.)
  • May 18: Book Titles That Are Complete Sentences (Submitted by Jessica @ A Cocoon of Books)
  • May 25: Book Quotes that Fit X Theme (Pick any theme you want, i.e., motivational quotes, romantic dialogues, hunger-inducing quotes, quotes that fill you with hope, quotes on defeating adversity, quotes that present strong emotions, healing, etc. and then select quotes from books that fit that theme.)

Happy second Tuesday post of May! I tried to do a variety for this week’s topics. Some of the novels can fit in one or more of my subcategories and some, like Fireborne, are not as obvious for their subcategory like others, such as Winter in Paradise. Additionally, I tried to select novels that I do not always get a chance to feature on other lists. I have some repeats, but that is mostly due to my limited collection of reviewed novels. I try to do a mix of read and TBR novels and this week was read/reviewed, for me. What kind of nature covers have you read or want to read? You’re welcome to post them in the comments or even give a link to your list as I would love to read them! Happy Tuesday!

  1. ALL OF THESE ARE SO GORGEOUS!! I though the theme of nature would be pretty hard but I love the one of the beautiful ones. And I’ve always wanted to try from blood and ash – it looks great!! I got a bit sidetracked with this weeks ttt and ended up doing the top ten worst (/best?) young adult tropes. Let me know what you think 😊 https://hundredsandthousandsofbooks.blog/2021/05/12/ttt-11-5-21-you-know-its-a-young-adult-book-when/
